In consideration of participation in Spark Labs Aero programs, including but not limited to robotics workshops, aerospace demonstrations, and related educational activities (“Activities”), I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the Participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in the Activities may involve physical movement, use of tools and electronics, and exposure to mechanical components. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.

2. Safety Commitment Spark Labs Aero is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment. A full risk assessment is conducted prior to each Activity, and all relevant safety precautions are taken to minimize potential hazards. A first aid kit will be available on site at all times, and staff are trained to respond appropriately to minor injuries or emergencies.

3. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Spark Labs Aero, its directors, officers, volunteers, agents, and partnering organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Participant’s involvement in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Authorization In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Spark Labs Aero staff or volunteers to seek appropriate medical care for the Participant. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

5. Acknowledgment I certify that I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and agree to its terms. I affirm that the Participant is physically able and properly equipped to participate in the Activities.
